Openwave Director acquired major stake in Zeatech Computers, a Singapore based IT Company.

Openwave adds another feather to its hat. Our director recently acquired a majority share in Zeatach Computers in Singapore. Zeatech is a major provider of technological solutions in Singapore and South-east asian markets. Our shared visions and similar business models were appropriate for an acquisition. We intend to leverage on the reach of Zeatech to penetrate further into South-east asian markets. We are constantly on the lookout for Mergers & Acquisitions of companies that suit our corporate vision.
